The Madhavan E-Commerce Sales Store project uses data analysis to understand sales and business performance. With tools like Power BI, we explored key metrics such as profit, quantity sold, and average order value (AOV). The project looks at sales across categories like clothing, electronics, and furniture to identify trends and opportunities. Visual dashboards make it easy to see monthly profit and loss trends and how sales change throughout the year.
We also analyzed customer preferences, such as their favorite payment methods, including UPI, credit cards, and cash on delivery. The state-wise sales breakdown highlights which regions, like Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh, contribute the most revenue. Additionally, we identified top-performing products and loyal customers to help improve inventory management and customer satisfaction.
